Whichever sock puppet's sock puppet the pseudonym conceals always reminds me of those e-mails from African dictators' widows anxious to wire 58 million Great British pounds of sterling into your bank account. They've acquired a lot of the right words but not the ability to string them together. "We have observed representation"?
Maybe the Canadian "Human Rights" Commission could try the same thing:
