Despite its being invented by Al Gore, there appears to be no evidence any American has ever been on the Internet. We hope you'll want to make an exception for this pre-Thanksgiving edition of our Clubland Q&A, but, if not, we're happy to take any questions from Waziristani imams or Bengali sex-fiends willing to play along as Vermont lesbians or Maryland MS-13 members.
