Mark will be back this morning with his ongoing audio adaptation of his bestselling book America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It. In case you missed it, here's last week's episode of America Alone. Clubbers may catch up on all episodes here.
On Monday, the DC Court of Appeals notified us that they have lifted the stay in Mann vs Steyn - which means we are now full steam ahead for the next phase of this case brought almost fourteen years ago.
Michael E. Mann will do anything to silence his critics - from vile sexual defamations against female scientists to false evidence presented under oath to an already biased DC jury. If you've followed the case, you'll know that one million dollar verdict against Mark was reduced to a mere $5k - and - Mann was sanctioned and fined by the judge for lying to the jury.
Mann's appeal of these two decisions have no merit - and practically zero chance of success - but he will continue the case because he has no skin in the game. In fact, he testified in court that he has not paid any legal fees whatsoever. That is not the case for Mark - who will be forced to come up with thousands more in the coming weeks - to defend himself - and free speech. That is why we are so grateful to you - our clubbers - for standing by Mark including our new, renewing and returning members from Alabama, Alberta, Arizona, Arkansas, Australian Capital Territory, British Columbia, Buckinghamshire, California, Cambridgeshire, Columbia, Connecticut, Devon, Essex, Florida, France, Georgia, Guernsey, Hertfordshire, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ireland, Israel, Kent, Kentucky, Leicestershire, London, Louisiana, Luxembourg, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New South Wales, New York, Norfolk, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Ontario, Oregon, Oxfordshire, Quebec, Somerset, South Australia, South Carolina, Switzerland, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Victoria, Virginia, Washington, Western Australia, West Midlands, West Yorkshire, Wisconsin, and beyond.
