Do you think we'll be going back into lockdowns soon? I read two stories recently that make me think that will be attempted. A Telegraph article quoted a professor David Halpern that Britain had been drilled to accept lockdowns in future pandemics, according to the headline. In Breitbart, there's an article about the shocking rise of antibiotic resistant infections in that country. Funny how Victoria Nuland all but admitted we in the US were funding biolabs in Ukraine. (When will the US government learn to stop funding bioweapons research or at the very least stop outsourcing it to stupidest possible locations?) Am I being paranoid in thinking that a new pandemic just might be around the corner and with the tacit approval of a decadent western elite obsessed with population control?

What disappoints most concerning Mark's problems with the University of Vermont Medial Centre, is that aside from those who dwell on steynonline, is the sound of silence from everywhere else.
"Conservative" commentators - nothing. Tucker - Nothing. Rand Paul - Nothing. Phil Scott, the governor of Vermont - Nothing (Surely Mark's treatment is a major black eye for the state). Stephen Leffler, MD - director of the Vermont medical center - Nothing! (Despite this being a major scandal) Third World Treatment in a first world facility! Even the hate filled Ben and Jerry - nothing.
No one has tracked down the "admitting" nurse and confronted her. If Mark was some screaming lefty this would be non-stop headlines yet nothing.
Laura, what's going on here?

Mark's experience with Canadian healthcare is horrifying but alas not surprising, even some of less crazy liberal friends told me they could see some of their compatriots doing that. They view conservatives as less than human. Have you run into this in Canada?

You said the experience Mark had in Vermont had your blood boiling and talked about the socialist healthcare system in Canada. I had cross border experience with the healthcare system as well.
My mother returned to Canada and spent her last 15 years or so in two Canadian nursing homes in Montreal, She had dementia of some sort, they never figured out what. Once when she got pneumonia the doctor called me and said she needed a week in the hospital but it was a not a good use of financial or medical resources at her age and condition to give her the full week, so they were going to give her two days in the hospital, send her back to the nursing home with meds and hope for the best. She made it and lived several more years but I had never heard a doctor speak so starkly about finances. Is that kind of financial juggling by doctors common there?

What's your view on Mark Zuckerberg's "Threads" or should that be Twitter lite? His record on free speech is lamentable.
Elon Musk is no angel but I'll take him with all his idiosyncrasies over Zuckerberg and his establishment propaganda.

Is Macron's plan to blame social media for the French riots so he can later block social media under the guise that it is a public safety measure?
If so, do you suppose that could be part of a globalist scheme to take over all aspects of mass communication? Is social media (vs corporate media) the last facet of mass communication left to be controlled? It's a given in my hypothesis that corporate media is controlled by govt regulators and/or globalist schemers.

Hi Laura I read the article you posted about Benjamin Netanyahu and how the left has been after him for years. How can they get away with this? Doesn't he have a majority government now?

Laura, you've previously mentioned that you think we are at the beginning of the end of the trans craze. Do you still feel this way? What do you think are some of the signs of this because I am feeling rather discouraged about it all.

This week the movie Sound of Freedom topped all 4th of July openings including the latest Indiana Jones movie. They sold more tickets even though it was released in only 2600 theaters while the Jones movie wa released in 4000 theaters.
The movie was in large part crowd funded by people who want to see movies with more important subject matters done in a manner more in line with their view of the truth. Do you think this marks a change in how movies are produced and will Hollywood take notice or just double down on their movie subjects and production system?

Here's a little locator question on a recent comment and content. I'm onto your links this week but a little behind (sorry about that); you pack so much in that i often can't get to open all each week, but I look forward to your personal messages to us each time and believe I may have missed it once when you were having tough time.
The question: I noticed one of the commenters here yesterday mentioned he opened a link somewhere here that described Naomi's experience at the hospital. It had to do with seeing her father and he was sending her back. I read about this sort of near death experience now and then and it always sends chills through me. Did Naomi almost not make it? I did see her last Substack post that Josh urged us to seek out. It was packed with helpful tips about healing that we can do for free like socializing and interacting with fresh air and nature. We don't always have to load up the car and head to the nearest forest or beach. There are a lot of city parks and birds flying around them. I think we need more practice at noticing small things that thrive out there seemingly without our exerting ourselves. Needless to say, I'm overjoyed that Naomi pulled through and today I saw her talking with Natalie Winters looking wonderful, but the timing coinciding with Mark's visit to the hospital really rattled folks, myself included.
